Good afternoon!
When issuing an RFQ for professional services, does anyone include a sample of their professional services agreement so that, when it comes time for negotiations, the selected firm has had time to review the contract? Or is it best to wait until after a firm is awarded and the protest period is finished to supply a sample contract? Thank you in advance!
