Celebrating 25 Years of the Procurement Journey

NIGP & the Central Gulf Coast Chapter of NIGP proudly recognized Emerald Coast Utilities Authority (ECUA) for reaching an incredible milestone—25 years as a member of NIGP.

For a quarter century, ECUA has been an important part of the public procurement profession, demonstrating a continued commitment to integrity, professionalism, and service to their community. Their dedication reflects the spirit of the procurement journey—growing in knowledge, strengthening partnerships, and advancing excellence in public service.
